What is weightlifting?

Weightlifting is a strength sport, including the Snatch and Clean and jerk. 

 

Who SHOULD do weightlifting?

  1. People who want to compete in weightlifting

  2. People who have the desire to improve their strength and power

  3. People who do CrossFit

  4. Anybody that would like to do weightlifting. 

 

Weightlifting is an incredibly technical sport. It requires a high level of strength, mobility, confidence, and a desire to learn.
