Jordan Chesmin
Personal Trainer
Jordy has been active ever since he can remember. He tried multiple sports, but football was the one he stuck with. He reached semi-pro status at 18 but fell out of love with the beautiful game shortly after. He continued recreationally but suffered a knee injury at 21, halting his playing days for a few years.

During this period, he found a love for rehabilitation and improving his mental health through weight lifting and HIIT/athletic-style training. He is now an avid runner.
His training style involves building a strong exterior through strength, athleticism, and mobility and encouraging his clients to become better versions of themselves through behaviour change.
