Founder and Coach
During my 10 years working in the fitness industry, I have really defined who I am as a coach. I know that I get the most out of my work when I know my clients are getting the most out of their training.
My style is laid-back, and my strengths are centred around a genuine interest in helping beginners and intermediates get 'better' at fitness. A lot of the clients that I work with have never exercised in a gym before, and one of the best parts of my role is altering the misconception of what having a personal trainer is meant be like.
I’m interested in finding what types of exercise you enjoy the most. Fitness shouldn't be something that you dread and one of the most rewarding things for me is working with my clients to a point where not only do they look forward to training sessions, but they feel that both their mental and physical health has improved as a result..
One of the first things that I try to do with clients is to focus on how they perform, rather than how they look. I want to help you realise what your body can do, acknowledge where any limitations might be, and help you find a way to exercise that is both challenging and enjoyable.

Like all of our trainers at TWN, I will always put together a programme with a recognition that each client is an individual. That means that having a thorough understanding of what makes my clients tick is paramount to me providing the best training sessions that I can, but it also means that I build trusting and lasting relationships with all those I work with.
My own training focuses on Olympic lifting. It’s an incredible sport that is complex and requires a wide range of skills, both physical and psychological.
