With a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and currently working towards his Master’s, Jake creates personalised nutrition and training plans designed to build strength & power and improve overall health. He believes every client is unique, so he tailors his approach to meet their needs and support, ensuring they finish their fitness journey.
