Throughout my career, I’ve faced numerous injuries that plunged me into periods of pain and uncertainty, challenging my sense of identity and purpose.
These experiences fuelled my quest to deeply understand pain and injury and how to maintain an active, joyful life despite these challenges.
I believe that pain and injury extend beyond mere physical damage, and true rehabilitation encompasses more than just a set of exercises.
My mission is to empower individuals to live long, active, and fulfilling lives. I am passionate about helping people overcome injury and chronic pain, improve their function, and enhance their overall well-being through personalised training and education.
