There are so many great personal trainers in London and a particularly large concentration of competition in the City of London. It can be difficult standing out from the crowd. This is why leaning into the kinks and quirks that define you and create your most exciting USP as a personal trainer: There is only one of you. 

 

Personality

The only way you can spend a lot of time with someone is if you’re being yourself whilst you’re with then. Creating authentic relationships with clients is paramount to your success with them. Find out the similarities between you and them  

 

Exercise type

Our shared love of exercise and our journey to find the types of exercise that we think is most enjoyable, most efficient, or most attention grabbing on social media.
Perhaps traditional methods like strength and conditioning. Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, or Maybe something more adventurous like copying a video from the range of strength team. 

 

Communication style

So much of personal training is in the communication. The way in which you communicate your skills and get people to follow you processes will be the difference. Not least because you need to find a way that is authentic to yourself, but, that also allows your client to understand what you're trying to get them to do. I like to think of myself as laid but there are over styles, the stereotypical drill sergeant, whatever is a true representation of yourself whils bearing in mind the person you're working with.
